The rooms
The 3 spacious and bright bedrooms all face the courtyard and each has its own private entrance.
The first room, Camera Tramontana, has a private bathroom with shower and bidet, and a double bed 160×200 cm.
The second room, Camera Maestrale, has an area of approximately 20 m², a King Size bed 180×200 cm and a comfortable desk, ideal for remote working thanks to a stable wifi network.
The third room, Camera Scirocco, also has a King Size bed 180×200.
All rooms have a canopy with mosquito net and fan coils for hot/cold air powered by a heat pump.
The large master bathroom has a window also facing the private citrus grove, and a skylight placed above the rain shower through which you can see the sky.
All rooms have the characteristic Salentine star-shaped vaults; in 2 bedrooms they are exposed stone and in 2 they are not. The floors preserve, in a central rug, the elaborate ancient decorations of the cementine (typical Salentine flooring).
From the living room you access the garden, approximately 100 m², south-east facing, surrounded by a dry-stone wall typical of southern tradition, and a pool 4 metres × 2 metres, partially inground, 1.2 m deep, available from the second week of June. A persimmon and a pomegranate stand at the corners of this sun-drenched garden, framed by the mandarin and orange trees of the neighbouring citrus grove.
